We understand that boiler issues can arise unexpectedly, and we're committed to resolving them quickly, often within 24 hours! To ensure complete transparency, we charge a £90 diagnosis fee. If we can fix the problem within 1 hour, that's all you pay.

If parts are needed, We’ll give you a clear, fixed price for the repair before we begin. We believe this approach is fair and helps you make informed decisions.

Gas Inspections

Book a gas safety inspection

Landlords are legally required to conduct annual gas safety inspections. The Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998 mandate that landlords must:
Arrange annual gas safety checks by a Gas Safe registered engineer.
Provide tenants with a copy of the Gas Safety Certificate (CP12) within 28 days of the inspection.
Maintain gas appliances, flues, and pipework to ensure they remain in a safe condition.

Powerflushing is a deep-cleaning process for your central heating system. It involves pumping a chemical solution at high pressure through your radiators, pipes, and boiler to remove sludge, rust, and other debris that accumulate over time. How much will the work cost?

Our rates are completely transparent and we have an upfront and honest pricing system. Work is usually carried out on an hourly rate, or a fixed price will be given for larger jobs. We have a minimum charge of 1 hour for all jobs. There after work is charged in 30-minute increments. You can view all our prices here >>

How can I pay?

You can make payment by debit/credit card, cheque, cash or bank transfer upon receipt of the invoice. Whatever works best for you.

What is your response time?

For all emergencies we aim to respond within an hour of the initial call. We also offer appointments 7 days a week.

Are you a local company?

Absolutely! We are a small local company with an in-house team. It's always good to use a local company for your plumbing as they tend to be a more cost effective choice, and you will get a much more personal and friendly service than you would from a large corporation. We've worked in Ascot and the surrounding areas for the past 10 years and over this time we've built up an excellent reputation, growing our business with repeat customers and referrals, so you can be sure of a job well done.
