Work is usually carried out on an hourly rate, or a fixed price will be given for larger jobs. We have a minimum charge of 1 hour for all jobs. The 1st hour is charged at £84 inc VAT. Thereafter, work is charged in 30-minute increments of £42 inc VAT
All materials supplied are charged at the manufacturers recommended price plus 20% mark up and are subject to VAT. We will use customer supplied materials only where agreed prior to work commencement. However, customer supplied materials are
NOT covered by our warranty terms and conditions.
Material Collection, we carry a limited amount of spares. However, we may have to leave your home to visit a supplier. This time for collection of non van stock items will be kept to a minimum but is chargeable. We will always obtain permission before leaving to collect parts or materials.
For boiler and large installation work, we ask for a 50% initial payment and then the balance on completion.
All invoices show a full breakdown on how your job has been priced.
Payment must be made in full by cheque or bank transfer upon receipt of the invoice.

Full Strip down boiler service - £132 inc VAT
If your boiler is over 5 years old, we recommend you have this service.

* Strip down clean of the burner, combustion chamber and electrodes.
* Seals inspected and changed if needed.
